R&W Hinchinbrook l Hoxton Park has been founded in the spirit of friendship and a fair go; 2 good friends, both top-performing agents & both previously sales managers at 2 other local agencies at Cecil Hills and Carnes Hill. Tommy & Allan both come from large families with both families comprising 8 siblings each meaning that both fully understand the values of hard working family values. Allan & Tommy share passion & vision for real estate. Combining almost 40 years of local market experience & knowledge.
 
Their common bond is a commitment to the principles of hard work, honesty in business and always putting the client’s needs first. That belief translates into a business structure that takes a whole of agency approach.
 
Prompt and regular communication with vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants is the mantra followed by the directors and something that their network of past and present clients has come to expect from them.
 
Between the directors, Allan Sari and Tommy Tchan, there is a wealth of real estate experience extending almost 40 years in the local market. That exposure to a variable market has sharpened their ability to negotiate and close a sale and provide trusted and informed advice to their clients.
